I loved this great modern and reasonably priced hotel, it did not disappoint. Had very comprehensive continental breakfasts with good coffee, sweet or salty food, and doughnuts. - the staff were efficient and amicable for the whole time of my stay. - In general, the service was good. - Also, I parked nearby.

magnificent location, with the possibility of going to and returning from the April Fair on foot. rooms are very correct and views of the Giralda and Alcazar are magnificent.
Reception staff have little tact in certain circumstances:. Question Is there a laundry service: answer, ufff.. in impossible times (when in the laundry Vera closely attended us magnificently and with whom they could have contact or provide the address simply... in a few days where everyone tries to go festooned). Is it possible to call a taxi: Impossible! it is better to comment that the taxi line is saturated, that going out to the street we surely "catch" one, as it was in only 2 minutes.. Can we access the room before: "everybody asks for it and there are no miracles".. it is better to explain that there is no problem as soon as it is prepared and clean, after the morning departures.. Nothing.. that explaining things differently, it is usually better, Nothing

bed was very comfortable, not too hard and not too soft. shower had a very nice design. bathroom was quite spacious and had everything you need: sink, shower, toilet and bidet. light of the room was not very white, favored the rest. wardrobe was wide and with enough hangers. parquet floor was very pleasant to walk barefoot. curtains were very good and allowed different light intensities. Finally, I wanted to emphasize the friendliness of the staff and proximity of the hotel to the center.
The study table in the room was too small and too shallow. There was only one chair in a room for two people. The room for our taste was somewhat small in size, though sufficient to move around. The anti-theft hanger system is very good for people not to steal the hangers, but they are more uncomfortable. Finally, we missed a bathtub in the room, it would be a good look to improve.

The hotel employees at the reception desk were exceptionally helpful. the room was nicely decorated and well-appointed, with a private bathroom. - the hotel is in a central location with restaurants and bars nearby. - It's a particularly good area to stay in.

The staff was friendly
The room really had no window except the small window to tecnical well. Parking was full, though I ordered it in advance, but I used free parking at Olympic stadium.

The room was spotlessly clean and airy. There were central heating, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, and a work desk in the room, really enjoyed that. The English breakfast was great, reasonably priced. The private parking was nearby, excellent service.

The room was clean and the hotel location was only a short walk to the Santa Cruz neighborhood. Couple of eating places within yards of the hotel.
The walls in the room are paper thin and heard the snoring of the guest on the next room.

The hotel was easy to find and very centrally located, only 200 metres (approx) from La Giralda. The hotel was very clean and tastefully decorated. The beds were comfortable. The staff were hospitable. The hotel was over the road from the gardens to the Royal Alcazar. The
The walls of the rooms are paper thin. We still a little jet lagged and were awake at 4.30 am so decided to make a phone call. We weren't speaking loudly, but the people in the room next door were disturbed and hammered on the wall, yelling at us to shut up. Not very pleasant. A hotel should be capable of providing minimal privacy. An otherwise good hotel failed on this point. The breakfast was pretty ordinary: croissant, buns, ham, cheese, tinned fruit, wheat flakes; the coffee was good. For the price and location, it was great. Don't expect a flash breakfast.

The hotel was well situated in the Santa Cruz area and near most of the sites which we wanted to visit eg the cathedral, the Alcazar, the plaza de espana. All the sites were within walking distance as well as many beautiful parks. It was easy to get to using the local bus from the airport and we were able to get easily to the train station for a visit to Jerez. The staff were always very helpful and patient and spoke very good English.
The hotel was exactly what we wanted.I Had read some reviews complaining about the staff being "unhelpful" but as the stay went on and if you made the effort to be friendly with them they were extremely helpful and pleasant. Our room was tuck away so very quiet-if perhaps a little small for a seven day stay.

A really nice hotel for a relaxing break in Seville. The hotel was in an excellent location within easy walking distance of all the major attractions of Seville. We requested a low floor room and we got this. Our room was spaciuos, very comfortable and had everything we wanted. Rooms were cleaned every day and towels changed daily. We highly recommend this hotel.
